What information we collect
When you place an order or create an account we collect your name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery address, and your order history. Card payments are processed securely by Yoco and EFT payments happen through your own bank. We never see or store your card details.
How we use your information
We use your details to process and deliver your orders, arrange couriers, respond to your queries, and keep the accounting and tax records we are required to keep by law. If you create an account, your details are saved to make future orders easier.
Who we share it with
We share your delivery details with our courier partners (currently Fastway) so your order can reach you, and payment information is handled by our payment providers. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Our website uses cookies to keep your basket working and to remember your session. We may use basic analytics to understand how the site is used; this data does not identify you personally.
