African Black Soap Shower Gel & Handwash
A liquid African black soap for body and hands, rich, lathering and carrying the earthy character the traditional soap is known for. African black soap is made by saponifying oils with plant ash, and this one keeps to that simple recipe.
How makers use it. Decant it into your own pump bottles or shower bottles, add a skin-safe fragrance or essential oil if you want a signature scent, and label it as your own. It also works as the liquid soap in a bath and body gift set.
Good to know. The colour and the scent come from the ash and the oils themselves, so a little variation between batches is normal rather than a fault. Give it a shake before decanting.
Ingredients: unrefined shea butter, virgin coconut oil, cocoapod ash. Available in 500ml and 5L.
