Castile Liquid Soap Base

A gentle Castile liquid soap, made the traditional way from saponified olive oil. Mild and multipurpose, it works for hands, body and around the home.

How to use it. Use it as it comes and decant into your own pump or squeeze bottles. Do not dilute it and do not add extra carrier oils, as both will break the soap and leave it cloudy or greasy.

Good to know. Castile contains no added surfactants, so it will not foam like a commercial detergent-based wash. Expect a soft, low lather rather than thick bubbles. That is what a real olive oil soap does, and it is why people choose it.

Ingredients: saponified olive oil, vegetable glycerine, citric acid, water. Available in 500ml, 5L and 25L.
