What you will need
- Citronella essential oil
- Fragrance emulsifier
- Distilled water (or boiled, cooled water)
- Spray bottle
Method
- Combine the citronella essential oil with the fragrance emulsifier and mix well until fully emulsified.
- Add the emulsified oil to the distilled water and mix through.
- Pour into a spray bottle.
- Spritz over yourself and the room before outdoor evening activities.

Tips & variations
Once you have made your citronella mosquito spray, here are a few ways to get a great result and make it your own.
- Shake well before each spray so the fragrance and base stay mixed.
