Lip Balm Base – Grape

Sweet grape lip balm base in a pretty purple, glossy and unmistakably grape.

Bright in the pot and sheer on the lips, which makes it a favourite with children and an easy one to sell at markets and parties. Pairs nicely with the bubblegum and strawberry bases in a three-pack.

Cut off what you need, melt gently in short bursts in the microwave or over a double boiler, then pour into tubes, pots or tins. Leave to set completely before capping. The 500ml tub makes roughly one hundred 5ml balms.
