Tips & variations
Once you have made your coffee body scrub, here are a few ways to get a great result and make it your own.
- Add a preservative if any water gets into the jar, and warn users that the oils make surfaces slippery.
- Use a sugar scrub on the body and a finer salt or sugar on rougher areas like heels.
- Store in a cool, dry spot and use clean, dry hands or a spatula to keep it fresh.
Make it your own: change the fragrance or essential oil, or tweak the colour to suit the season.
