What you will need
- Soy wax
- Candle wick with sustainer
- Fragrance oil
- A heat-safe container
- Candle colouring (optional)
All available from our candle making supplies range.
Method
- Melt the soy wax gently, in the microwave for about three minutes or on the stove over low heat.
- Stir in your fragrance (roughly 10 to 20ml per 250g of wax), and a little colour if you like.
- Secure the wick in the centre of your container, keeping it upright with kebab sticks.
- Pour in the wax and leave to set. If a small hole forms in the middle as it shrinks, top it up with leftover melted wax.
