Add one or two drops of blue colouring, so the reeds soak up matching colour and scent. Pour the oil into the bottle and add the rattan reeds. What you will need 500ml plain lip balm base 50ml perfume (your chosen scent) 10ml lustre sparkle Solid perfume acrylic jars (3ml or 15ml), or a 15ml aluminium jar Method Melt the plain lip balm base in a pot on the stove over low heat (not in the microwave).
